May is the month of maybes. June is the month of… I’m not sure. But, one thing I do know is that in the next month there are no longer going to be any “maybe I’ll do exercise tonight”.
I drew myself a lovely calendar that will remind me daily that I must do exercise. I call it the 8 minutes, 30-day challenge. (For those of you who aren’t familiar with my favourite youtube exercise videos of all time, check out these videos.)
I am going to attempt to do the 8 minutes videos (abs, buns and arms) every single day this month. I can’t wait to see the results.
