How to survive Midterm October?
Drink copious amounts coffee and take facebook breaks in approximately 5-minute intervals. (I wish I were lying).
My recent lesson in espresso brewing has resulted in no more afternoon naps. Thus, I am no longer relying on the “put notes under pillow and hope they will be absorbed into brain while sleeping” trick. This is wonderful!
The photo above is of the homemade espresso drink that I made this afternoon. My brother informs me that it is a café allongé. In the spirit of this, the small decorative tour Eiffel has helped me to maintain a positive attitude. Why? Because I’m going to Paris next summer of course!
