Have you outgrown your board game closet? (Is this humanly possible?) The point is, two sisters Cheryl and Laurie of Cloud + Lolly have found a way to recycle pieces of old board games into jewelry. I saw these particular ones at The Fringe this summer but also saw them being sold at the St. Albert farmer’s market. They seemed pricey at first glance but the added decoration in the back of the scrabble piece made up for that. I came close to purchasing these ones however, changing my mind thinking it would be a fun DIY project. While I am at it I may just steal some Monopoly pieces and make a nostalgia necklace with the thimble or something.
